Motorcoach Country Club is a private, guard-gated luxury motorcoach resort on roughly 80 acres at Avenue 48 in Indio, with more than 400 deeded fee-simple lots set along waterways, an 18-hole par-3 golf course, and interior gardens. This is lot ownership, not home ownership: buyers purchase a deeded RV lot, many improved with a casita, outdoor kitchen, or private pool and spa, and stay in their own Class A motorhome (30 to 45 feet required). Owners get full access to the clubhouse, pools, tennis and pickleball, fitness center, and the Top of the Falls restaurant, all covered by the monthly dues.
