Founded in the early 1990s by developers William Morrow and Henry Burdick on an abandoned 105-acre gravel quarry site later expanded to over 370 acres, The Quarry's Tom Fazio-designed course opened in 1994 across three distinct elevations: the old quarry floor, an alluvial fan, and a plateau near the mountain cove. It's the only Coachella Valley course ranked on Golf Digest's Top 100. The 21,000-square-foot clubhouse is built directly into the quarry wall, with dining, a fitness and spa facility, pool, tennis courts, and guest cottages. Membership is capped near 300, known for an 'always get a game' culture and a Sunday couples game.
